HOW TO APPLY
For maximum hold, prep eyelids with powder to absorb excess oils before use. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then apply an even line as thick as the lash band, working from the inner corner out. Wait 45 seconds, then apply a second coat allowing 30 seconds to dry before adhering your favorite Static Lash. Do not use this liner on your waterline or lower lash line.

HOW TO REMOVE
When ready, use a waterproof makeup remover. We highly recommend using Crystal Clear, our specially formulated, non-toxic eye makeup remover that removes the most stubborn makeup in seconds. Trust us. It performs like no other and will make removing the liner extremely easy!
